These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and bet4cuci ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, products, software, features, and content made available through the bet4cuci website located at https://bet4cuci.cam/ and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

bet4cuci operates an online gambling and entertainment platform primarily serving adult users in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. The Platform offers live casino games, sports betting markets, slot games, crash games, esports betting, and related entertainment services. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account or use any service on the Platform. bet4cuci reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives granted by bet4cuci subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from a User into their Account using an accepted payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age, and residential address.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a casino game, sports market, or other available event on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of eligible funds from a User's Account to a verified external payment method.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.
• "Payment Methods" means accepted deposit and withdrawal channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means controls available to Users including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all applicable criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate entities may not register as Users.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or unlawful.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of bet4cuci or any affiliated entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold another active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by bet4cuci or any linked responsible gambling registry.

bet4cuci reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated at all times.

• Each User may register only one Account. Duplicate Accounts will be merged or closed, and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account access with any third party.
• bet4cuci will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• You must notify bet4cuci immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All Account activities conducted through your credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.

Deposits into your bet4cuci Account must be made using one of the accepted Payment Methods listed on the Platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. Methods are subject to change — refer to the Cashier section for the current list.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. As a general reference, most methods carry a minimum deposit of RM30 to RM50.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• bet4cuci does not accept deposits made from credit cards, loans, or borrowed funds. Deposits should only be made from funds you can afford to lose.
• Processing times vary by method. E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are usually credited within 5 to 10 minutes. USDT TRC20 transactions require blockchain confirmation and may take 15 to 30 minutes.
• Deposited funds are not interest-bearing. bet4cuci does not pay interest on Account balances under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification status, wagering requirement completion, and compliance with applicable transaction limits. bet4cuci aims to process eligible withdrawal requests in a timely manner, with most e-wallet withdrawals completed within five minutes and bank transfers typically settled within 60 minutes.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. bet4cuci will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be approved.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved before a withdrawal can be processed from the associated real-money balance.
• bet4cuci reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Users will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar period. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
• Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within five minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Standard bank wire transfers may take between 15 and 60 minutes.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to current network conditions and may take longer during periods of blockchain congestion.

bet4cuci offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general conditions below.

Specific wagering multipliers, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods are published on the relevant promotion page and in the Terms & Conditions associated with each individual offer. Users are encouraged to review all applicable terms before accepting a bonus.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or market. Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the applicable rules before placing a wager.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Under normal circumstances, bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• bet4cuci reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, data feed failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• For sports betting markets, results are settled in accordance with official competition results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Markets may be suspended or voided if an event is postponed, abandoned, or its status changes materially.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. bet4cuci does not manipulate or intervene in the outcome of any certified game.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of placement and may be adjusted by bet4cuci at any time based on risk management requirements.
• Live betting markets for events including EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC bouts, and esports titles are subject to real-time suspension and settlement rules that may differ from pre-match markets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with the intention of obtaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate profit in a manner that is clearly unintended by bet4cuci.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financially criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform's software, design, or content.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or bet4cuci staff through any communication channel.

bet4cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction.
• A User's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Extended inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A reasonable administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts as notified in advance.

Where an Account is closed due to User breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is requested by the User for responsible gambling reasons, withdrawable funds will be returned to the verified payment method on file following standard processing procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet4cuci's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bet4cuci is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages howsoever arising.
• bet4cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
• Users accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk. Losses sustained through lawful wagering activity are the sole responsibility of the User.

bet4cuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Users with tools to manage their activity. The following provisions reflect our obligations and your rights in this area.

• The Platform is strictly available only to persons aged 21 and above. We operate age verification checks to enforce this requirement.
• Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time through their Account settings. Requests to lower limits take effect immediately; requests to raise limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Users may request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion at any time by contacting support or using the in-platform controls. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the selected period.

• Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving debt, or recovering previous losses.

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data provided by Users is governed by bet4cuci's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also confirm your acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy.

bet4cuci collects personal data for the purpose of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection principles and is not sold to unauthorised third parties. bet4cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through a prominent notice on the Platform or via email to the address registered on your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bet4cuci holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and bet4cuci, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Most account and transaction queries can be resolved at the first point of contact. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

You agree that any legal proceedings relating to this Agreement will be conducted in the language set out in these Terms and that the English-language version of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict with a translated version.
